Der Empfang sehr freundlich,der Bierzapfhahn an der Rezeption ausergewöhnlich toll. Alles gut erklärt. Parken war in der Garage gratis möglich.Hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Die Lage zum Skilift war ganz gut. Das Parken in der Garage war auch super.

Die Rezeption ist ab 15Uhr besetzt! Davor hast du Pech. Ein Mitarbeiter war besonders genervt als wir VOR den Rezeptionszeiten ein paar Fragen hatten. Generell sind die Angestellten (bis auf einen Mann) ziemlich desinteressiert. Wirkt dann natürlich ziemlich unfreundlich. Das ganze wäre ja ok wenn es Preislich einen Unterschied gäbe zu Hotels MIT ENGAGIERTEN MITARBEITERN! Matratzen sind mit Federn die man spürt und hört. Bei uns war auch vieles schmutzig und auf einigen Stellen Schimmel und Haare (woher diese auch stammen mögen). Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar. Täglich waren Butter und Buttercroissants aus (immer um die selbe Zeit). Ich habe noch ein paar Fotos aber leider kann ich nur 4 Hochladen.
