Dobre położenie, piękne otoczenie, super ogród jedzenie nawet spoko. Hotel oblegany przez emerytów 60+, brak atrakcji dla dzieci.

Dodatkowo płatne napoje do kolacji, nawet za wodę trzeba płacić - bardzo słabe jest to!

Hotel perfeito para uns dias de descanso. Piscinas (interior e exterior) espetaculares. Todo o staff super simpático e atencioso. Quarto espaçoso, acolhedor e com uma vista deslumbrante. Pequeno almoço diversificado e com a possibilidade de ser tomado na borda da piscina, a contemplar o Atlântico. Recomendo vivamente e tenciono voltar com mais tempo para disfrutar do hotel.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, na linha de praia, com uma vista de cortar a respiração, em ótimas condições para os anos que tem. Faz jus às 5 estrelas que possui. Funcionários simpáticos e bastante prestáveis. Comida nada em exagero e de ótima qualidade. Espaços exteriores super bem cuidados. Denota-se um cuidado ao mínimo detalhe, por forma a proporcionar uma experiencia de excelência aos hospedes. Mais que recomendado.

O Hotel é lindissimo, muito tranquilo, gostei do staff no geral.

Acho que poderiam ter uma coberta extra para o caso dos clientes sentirem frio na cama. Solicitei a receção um cobertor, mas como já eram 23h a resposta foi que não tinham ninguém que podesse ajudar, só na manhã seguinte. Achei um pouco descuidada a resolução, uma vez que era durante a noite que iria sentir o frio. No dia seguinte colocaram o cobertor.

Normally I do not write reviews for anything - whether good or bad. I just don't have the time to sit down and write a detailed review; however, I was so disappointed with my stay here that I think it is necessary to warn others about what they are getting into before spending so much money on their stay. First, the food was quite disappointing. Breakfast was fine, but dinner was terrible. The quality and selection was nowhere near the level it should be for such an expensive hotel. Meat was raw sometimes. Additionally, you must pay for all drinks at dinner. Water was 5 euros !! I could get way more water from the hotel kiosk for 2 euros. The dinner drinks were a rip off. Second, some of the staff were miserable to deal with. My girlfriend tried to get a glass of water at the poolside bar, and the supervisor comes running out of the hotel saying "NO NO NO you are not dressed appropriately so you cannot have a glass of water." She was wearing a bikini because its a POOLSIDE bar. She was not trying to sit in the dining room. It was completely unnecessary and dramatic. We did not realize we had to be in a 3-piece suit beside the pool just to have a glass of water. Ridiculous. Third, the facilities. The pool was absolutely frozen cold. I was so excited to relax and chill in the pool on the warm summer days, but the pool felt like a cold plunge. There were zero people swimming in the pool during our entire 5 day stay because it was dangerously cold. This was the only resort I have ever been to where the pool was not kept at a comfortable temperature. This was a complete let down. Any young people should also note, the demographic of the hotel is retirees. There was no info on this before, but there were maybe 3 or 4 couples in the entire resort under the age of 60. This isn't a big deal, but if you are expecting to have fun go somewhere else. This resort is very quiet and uneventful.

Propreté des extérieurs - revêtement piscine vieillissant - peu de personnel autour de la piscine pour du service au transat ou pour les changements de serviette - cafards autour de la piscine - baignoire avec rideau de douche … - pas assez de personnel le midi pour le déjeuner au restaurant principal (qui du coup s’agace et gère mal le service) - canapé lit pour les enfants peu confortable - aucune attention en chambre pour les enfants
