Atlantica Dreams Resort

The buffet food was excellent, with great variety and different options each day. All the staff were incredibly kind. I would like to give a special thank-you to Mario Sevina and George for their outstanding availability, thoughtful gifts, and excellent service throughout our 7-day stay. The experience exceeded our expectations, especially as we were upgraded to a family room in a beautiful area of the hotel. I can only recommend this place — it’s wonderful for both adults and children. I will definitely return if we come back to Rhodes!

The only small remark I could make is that the pool water was a bit too cold to swim, but that’s completely normal for October and nothing the hotel can do. It certainly didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Wir sind zu dritt gereist, zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind und wir sind uns alle einig, dass dieser Urlaub perfekt war. Das Personal ist einzigartig! Sehr freundlich, bemüht und herzlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Egal ob Poolbar, Restaurant oder Sportsbar, man bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir können nur ein großes Lob aussprechen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub

The layout of the accommodation apartments is excellent, specially because of the easy access to swimming pools. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I would particularly like to mention, Mitchell, our guest relationship manager. She was exceptionally nice to us. Our stay has been particularly pleasant because of her support.

One the Spa/Massage rooms need some improvement.

Perhaps the menu for lunch and dinner need bit more varieties and halal/kosher meat can be introduced. Massage was okay

Each room had their own personal pool but none of the pools including the indoor one was heated

The room temperature doesn’t go down below 22degrees which is a kind of heating temperature for the travellers from cooler countries. I had to borrow a pedestal fan from the reception. Also the spa was shockingly poor. The room that I had received treatment is no better than a storage cupboard.

Rooms were tidy, hotel is new and renovated and it shows. Staff was overall very nice and helpful. beach was nice and clean, Beds were comortable Cleanre in the room did a good job

Felt off season even though we payd full price - kids club was hardly working, sometimes for 2 hours a day, sometimes 4. sometimes it worked but they didnt have room to take in more kids cause it was full. Once I went to an activity and it didn't even open. Activities like bow and arrow ran just once or twice a day so if it filled up there was nothing else to do. There wsa no playstation or video games for my 9 year old and he got board. pools were freezing cold. Afternoon snacks weren't good - in order to eat something sweet we needed to go far to the sport's bar, and they served pork meat and fries and noodles, but no pizza which is the obious snack for all included. Restaurants were just ok, service at breakfast was lacking - no one offered an omplete or coffee. Shows at evening were Ok, my children weren't interested.

Rezeption mit George super besetzt, er versteht, wie Gäste begrüßt werden sollten. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Entertainment gut.

Mittagessen in den Poolrestaurants verursacht Mengen an Müll.
