Lime Tree Hotel Near 32nd Avenue Sector 29 Gurgaon

With respect to cleanliness and hygiene, I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 as they had separate bathroom and in-room mop to get the floors cleaned. The cupboards were old and the walls had little stains in them. Coming to the location, it is situated at a walkable distance to the entrance of 32nd avenue.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights for INR 2,240/night. Initially they gave me a room without balcony, whereas I had booked a room with balcony, when asked, they shifted me to a nearby room with balcony. I couldn't use the balcony as it was shared and there was no view as such. Also I had purchased the breakfast inclusive option but the hotel itself has a restaurant on its own so I was allowed to order one breakfast option with tea for free, which gets delivered to your room. I would suggest you to take the 'without breakfast' option and directly order from the restaurant itself as it will be much cheaper. On the second day of the stay, the AC didn't work and I had a hard time trying to sleep as it was hot, there were some electrical fluctuations that wasn't resolved. I couldn't use the hot water as well, but since the weather was hot, I was able to manage as the water wasn't too cold. The place is safe and the staff are friendly, overall a good place, but I found the place too expensive for what they offered. You can easily get a 4 star hotel at this price instead.

Reception staff were courteous and receptive. Clean ambience maintained. Location convenient for local travel.

Restaurant and their staff need to be transparent.
