"Bad room service, asks for additional money"

Room size was good.

They didn't have the room we originally booked, so they "upgraded" us to a different one while requesting additional payment for the "upgrade" after we had already prepaid to confirm the original booking. The hotel lacked basic amenities like plates/glasses due to a party function which was going on, and the room service was also inadequate.
