The hotel is a true gem that redefines alpine hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great mountain views, providing a luxurious yet cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. Thank you very much , I'll sure be back ASAP.

We arrived there between the hours the reception should have been open to find noone. The person at the bar had no idea about the check-in implying we surely were at the wrong hotel. She was rude and yelled at us several times about where we parked the car (she twice told us where we should not park, it didn't even crossed her mind to tell us where we could actually park). We waited half an hour for the owner to come down from the slops to give us the keys - he literaly had his skying suit and boots on. The room we got was right above the bar, making it probably the loudest in the building. Other than the noise the room was ok, but this hotel is far from a 4-star hotel. Even if the reservation was in my name, the owner completely ignored me speaking English and exchanged only with my partner in German. I would never go back to this place. Horrible experience.

Perfectly nice and clean room.

Unhelpful staff. I did NOT like the decor in the breakfast room. (However, if you like looking at your host with random minor celebrities, you might like it?)

Very helpful host, gave recommendations for the cable car to the top of the mountain.
