"Whale watching tour stay"

Nice place, there's a full size fridge and coffee maker in the room, which I loved. This way you can keep your drinks/food cold and get fresh coffee if you wish for something quick before your tour. The location is great if you're visiting the National Park Ballena, it's a few steps away from the park's entrance. The guy from the reception was great, super nice, attentive and friendly. I requested a late check-out, and he arranged that for me immediately. Great service, nice place. Good ratio price/quality.

The toilet was not well designed, so it was placed over an ugly piece of concrete, and the toilet paper dispenser is right above, too uncomfortable. And there was no soap in the shower :(
