The hotel is very close to National highway. Room was good and nice. Food was good. Staff was courteous.

Liked the location of the Property on the Mumbai Ahmedabad highway, a good resting point for long distance driving especially through traffic from Navi Mumbai, Pune or beyond

Toilet fixtures not maintained, cramped room, bad communication for F&B Services, restaurant staff not trained at all; very dull and unfriendly Front Desk

The hotel is right on the highway so it's easy to reach when Traveling by road. The staff is good room and entire hotel was clean. Even though a veg hotel, food ordered from room service was also good.

The room size was not to my expectation. Mainly because the name of the Hotel says Suidha Suites, and I booked the queen room, I was expecting the room to be actually of the size of a suite. The bathroom did not have toiletries like a dental kit and shower cap. The TV has options for Netflix, Prime and YouTube but the wifi was not working almost the entire time. I even called the reception to get the wifi password however the guy never called back with the password.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I had a little issue with the booking which was sorted out immediately. Problems escalated were addressed immediately.

The location. Don't plan for early flight as it is very far from airport almost 45 to 50 minutes in car and consider traffic. You have to rely on few restaurant options available near hotel for dining.

Washroom shower not working properly , WiFi not working room no 116, no soap in washroom , no hot water in washroom.
