فيه بقع ع كرسي الإفرنجي حاولت أنظفها بالمعقم وماراحت واللحاف جودته سيئة والكرسي واحد لو يخلونه اثنين افضل مايمدي شخصين يجلسون يتقهوون

staff is friendly and professional.

While the breakfast staff provided great service, the food quality is average and doesn’t match the 85–90 SAR price tag. What I found most dissatisfying was the lack of flexibility regarding breakfast bookings. The hotel does not allow for any adjustments, such as transferring a missed breakfast to a guest for the following day. For a hotel at this level, such a rigid policy is unreasonable and negatively impacts the overall experience.
