SAThe room is spacious as expected, the location is at the heart of the city and the cleanliness meet my expectation. The staff was very helpful especially the receptionist team. Though this is my second time staying at Novotel Jeddah. I plan to come back and time i visit Jeddah.
I would suggest for returning customers to be giving a discounted price.
SASALocation was good, facilities neat and clean. Breakfast was good, especially Zafar who was extremely nice.

The comfort room is a bit dim. It has to be well-lighted.
