チェックイン時のスタッフの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗で良かったです。

コーヒーとお湯は一階ロビーに設置して有りいつでも利用可能でしたが出来ればティーバッグ(お茶)が有れば良かったと思った。

きれいで広くて良かった

支払いタイミングがチェックアウト時と言われたのに急に夜９時ごろに清算して欲しいと電話来た。事前に明確に言って欲しい。　他はとても良かったです。

着いた時にエアコンがきいてて快適でした 朝ご飯とても美味しかったです。

歯ブラシぐらいは備品として部屋に置いといてほしい。 冷蔵庫に水ぐらい入れといてほしい。 部屋の明かりが暗すぎてもらった地図が見にくい。

確認不足で人数が予約と人数が違っていたのですが、ベテランのようなフロントスタッフの対応が迅速で、すぐに解決してくださいました。感動しました。 室内もとてもキレイで、メゾネットタイプの部屋は子どもたちも気に入っていました。

子どもが洗面所の蛇口に届かなくて、踏み台があったら良かったと思いました。 朝食時のレストランの冷房が少し寒かったです。 コーヒーだけでなく、水のサービスがあったら良かったです。
