The staff, the cleanliness, the location and the area were perfect, I liked them a lot. As I said, the staff was very helpful and open.

The breakfast is not diversified at all, but there were a lot of good cheeses. At breakfast there was not even water or tomatoes, let alone fruit. It's the first breakfast where I don't see tomatoes.

The scenery is really good.

If you don't open the window, or the balcony door will be very hot, but if you open the door, you will find flies and mosquitoes flying in, and because it is close to the farmland, if there is fertiliser on the day, the taste can be imagined. It is recommended to consider it.

Very clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Lovely view.

Evening staff serving dinner were quite unwelcoming, restaurant was quite dark. The lady who checked us out in the morning was lovely.

Superb views of lake Thun

What a gem of a hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, overlooking the lake and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The balcony was a great retreat. The food was delicious for, both, breakfast and dinner. The playground offered lots of fun for our son. We truly had a wonderful stay!
