CNSmell is good. Good quality cover so soft.
FRModern, clean and simple rooms. Good for an overnight stay between 2 boats or planes. When I booked, it was dirt cheap with promotion (less than 100k per night).
A bit far away from Kupang's center. Limited food options accessible nearby. But you are 3 minutes away from Kupang main road with plenty of Bemo passing by, as well as Gojek and Grab Apps available.
