Value for money, very close to the railwaystation.

Staff allot you room without even confirming the right category of room as per picture shown.. however on request they sorted out but late night..

Knowledge of dealing with customer regarding allotment of room in accordance to online booking, however it was sorted out at late night.

Excellent location next to the railway station Kalka, ideal for Shimla travellers. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms were dirty, full of bugs, and rust. Hotel is really noisy place without any sound insulation.

Behaviour of staff and room

The only reason for staying here is because we had booked the 5:45 train to Shimla.

Noisy, Dirty and very smelly. Bedding was gross! Slept( or tried to sleep) fully clothed. Would have been better to have slept on a bench in the station.

Location is good to catch a Toy Train. This town is only for that from tourism perspective. Room size is good, It’s clean.

Bathroom fittings are is the most horrible state. Water tabs, shower, Flush, Jet spray do not work at all.
