Hotel new royal palace

That room was very comfortable and nice and tha staf was very Hameble and capurative , mostly tha receptionist guy name was naem he was very professional.i impressed from room service Also.i want to stay again there when i visit Lahore.tha care like family .

Hotel was clean with good outlok.

The room for two was very small, no cupboard or any thing. However, that could be bearable, but the washroom was very very small and absolutely not clean. Shower was pathetic, couldnt properly took shower. They told that these rooms are for online booking people at low rate, otherwise they charge double the price.

Almost all the hotels in Lahore, after making the booking the person on the reception they show their business account their booking they get in their account with booking.com which mentions commission that booking.com should actually get/earn from the property owner & not from the customer, but hotels are charging this from the customer so in short booking.com is getting their commision indrecrly from us. They show that to the guest which mentions 3 things, and charge room rate + tax + commission, booking.com is not taking any serious action about this and just leaving the issues behind, they are not serious as to what all is happening and how absurdly the service is given from the hotels in Lahore. Commission shouldn't be charged to the customer, how Awful.
