They gave me another room other than that was booked for me. After giving them proof via receipt they denied and said we are sorry for this confusion. Their jaccuzi was not functional for which I booked their suite and room phone had so much noise on it. their staff is rude and they don’t help you at all. Their staff member even unnecessary touched our kids without our consent . TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED
