"Staff was arrogant and unprofessional with zero hospitality...!"

Room was fine and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Staff is very very arrogant. Very slow service. They will treat you like that you staying for free and the expressions on their faces were worst. They seemed to be tried, lazzy and not welcoming at all. Hospitality of this hotel is zero. No towel, wifi was slow, ac was just okay.

- Hotel is in a nice locality - Heater given during stay of cold winters - Amir Sahab who is GM and Haris are very cooperative and helpful

- Hot water is an issue in very cold Lahore winters as not available during night - Inadequate amount of towels given for two persons during the stay - TV in room was not working
