The location was perfect. The gardens were lovely traditional Balinese. The staff were all lovely. Room was big enough for what we needed.

Room 306 was located next to building that must be the house of the local Balinese people. They had a party 3 during our 11 night stay and was really loud. The room was dated (I knew this as I have stayed here 3 times before) but I think it’s time for a little face lift. Breakfast buffet was awful. First time for me paying for breakfast and I will not do it again. We didn’t eat there after the first morning as it was a huge red flag for getting sick.
