The cleanliness, location, view. The most appreciated was the opportunity to use SPA room for showering and be dressed after late check out. The room was cleaned perfectly. Very quiet hotel.

Amazing food, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful beach

Stunning set up, excellent staff, great food and very clean. The hotel - smells unreal, it’s really notable throughout, it looks very very modern. Pools - beautiful, with really comfy cushioned sunbeds - at no point was it a struggle to get one, they actually had loads spare in peak season and with the hotel being very busy, it doesn’t feel very busy though. Staff - some of the best I’ve seen, just so friendly and can’t do enough for you, all very genuine and smile. Food - everything was excellent, some bits are a little on the pricey side, but, you pay for what you get - it’s 5 star and we don’t have a bad meal - the buffet dinner with main was very good too. Clean - spotless, literally spot less - every the bathrooms outside gym/restaurant is spotless - our cleaner was the same lady so that was nice. Gym - very good for holiday gym, gets busy but the view is great - plenty of free weights and full cardio machines. Beach - very clean, very comfy sun beds - they give you a free bottle of water when you arrive too. Anything you asked for, room service, or drinks to another pool is delivered quickly with a /smile - nuts/crisps with a drink is a nice touch. Spa - we had an excellent couples manage - brilliant experience and we were really looked after by the manager and her team - they also come round the pools and beach daily to offer mini massages, which are a very nice touch and the reason we booked a spa day - the team isn’t pushy, so take the mini massage even if you don’t intend to book in. Thanks to Michael on reception who was excellent throughout our stay - every member of staff deserve a mention for being so good, just don’t know their names.

The hotel can be difficult to navigate if you’re abit older, the stairs and 4 separate lifts if you want to go from the beach to reception - the walk from the beach to reception is about 10 mins if you go via foot, but they do offer a good buggy service which is great (this only cuts out one set of lifts. Not many restaurants in walking distance, so bare in mind it’s another 20 euros on cabs (at least) if you want lindos town - the main restaurant is also breakfast and lunch, so if you want to get out, you need to walk 6/8 mins along the beach / the sister hotel next door also is very good and you can use that for lunch and dinner, it’s by the pool and lovely setting. The TV’s in the room are very old, not what I’d call 5* and not smart TV’s - seems a small thing, but its 2025 and if you want to stream Netflix/prime or anything you can’t - not the end of the world, but something to note if you fancy a room service night and every 5* I’ve stayed in the last few years gives you the ability to do this.

A fantastic experience. The personnel, all of them, were extremely polite, attentive and capable, anticipating and exceeding all our needs. The room and all hotel facilities exceptionally well designed. Everything was clean and operating seamlessly. We are really looking forward to coming back again soon.

The gym (super modern and clean) was sometimes too crowded.

As soon as we checked in the staff explained everything in excellent detail, took us around the hotel as we checked in lateish. Loved having our own pool too. The whole hotel has a very relaxing vibe.
