Soggiorno perfetto, struttura accogliente e di alto livello, cibo ottimo, staff cortese e gentile, servizi perfetti per i bambini (mini-club) ed eccezionali per gli adulti (piscina e spa)

Absolutely everything! The location is perfect, the food is delicious, and the spa is wonderful. The staff were exceptional: always kind, attentive, and ready to help. A special mention goes to the amazing Nido team, who took incredible care of my son and made us feel completely at ease. They also handled dietary restrictions, such as gluten intolerance, flawlessly.

Just a few small details: having an iron directly in the room would be more convenient rather than having to request it, and the laundry room could be improved: there’s only one washing machine and one dryer, and you need to reserve them in advance.

La cura e l'attenzione nei confronti delle famiglie.

Vše bylo perfektní. Hotel byl krásně čistý, personál usměvavý a sympatický, jídlo výborné. V dětském koutku bylo o děti skvěle postaráno a i navzdory jazykové bariéře s tam děti cítily jak doma. Lokalita, ve které se hotel nachází nabízí tolik jedinečných výletů, že 4 dny nám byly opravdu málo.
