Great location, friendly staff. Cool building.

The room was extreamly hot. One fan on the floor did nothing while staying in the top bunk. So couldn't sleep from being soked in sweat the whole night. The curtain for the outside window didn't work so had the street lights and morning sun in my face. I wish there were curtains or some kinda privacy in the dorms so at least you could sleep with no covers. Also if you have to top bunk there is no power outlet.

"Excellent concept of a hotel!"

Staff was very friendly and helpful to get tickets to visit Mount Pilatus and Mount Titlis! The location of the hotel is really convenient!
