Cleanliness and central Location

Electric fan not working.

Otelin konumu ve kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. The location of the hotel and the breakfast were excellent.

Odalar çok küçük ve konforsuzdu. The rooms were very small and uncomfortable.

The history of the building. Was very quiet despite many rooms around us. Simple, basic rooms that were clean. Location was great.

Very small rooms and bathroom but was to be expected.

カペル橋と城壁が近く観光しやすいです。 部屋は清潔でした。 朝ごはんのハム、ヨーグルトががおいしかったです。

アメニティが少なすぎました。 ティッシュ、ドライヤー、ゴミ箱、シャンプーなどがないので注意です。 ルツェルンの観光カードがスタッフの手違いで送られていませんでした。フロントの方に言ったところ、すぐに印刷してくれました。

We enjoyed our stay. Chose this hotel because our daughter loves a good novelty/creepy moment. Had a great experience with the staff and would stay again. The location in town is great!

Someone in a different room used the shower associated with our room. Since the showers aren’t accessed with a room key, they are just open to anyone. But they are technically associated with specific rooms. It’s a small problem overall but was kind of annoying.
