PHNear Mactan area (15mins ride). Great value for money. I got lucky I was alone at the dorm my whole stay. I wasn't able to try the cafe.
The bathroom could use a little more cleaning. I noticed that the trash bin wasn't removed my entire stay. Also the bathroom faucet was loose. I have to use both hands in opening and closing the faucet tap (one hand for the faucet, other hand to hold it in place).

Elecrticity on and off... Real noisy during the night, but without good bars around. Also really small and some smelt in the room. Old room.
