I like that they have transport to pick up us from the airport and they drop us to the airport as well. Airport is very close to the hotel. The room is spacious. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of foods to choose.

The Lift at level 3 was not working most of the time in going down, the door was not opening.

Room: Big and dull room with no sound insulation. We could literally hear the adjacent room and th Street outside. We had booked double bed but were given twin beds. Hospitality & Service: Staff could be more polite and courteous. Food: not many options for vegetarians No drinking water provided

Close to the airport with free shuttle service (perfect if you have odd flight times). Just book your shuttle service ahead of time if you need it. Don't wait until the last minute. The room I stayed in was big and spacious. It was clean, with a proper minibar (not complimentary, but there was actual food and drinks inside the mini fridge), which is rare to see nowadays at hotels of this price. The beds were big and spacious, linens seemed clean. The bathroom was also big, but as mentioned in another review (because I stayed here as well after I got back from vacation), it has one of those weird glass bathroom walls that peek into the bedroom. You can put down blinds, but it's just an odd and distasteful design. Buffet breakfast was typical but delicious. They have great food here, including the ones served at the cafe/restaurant below. The staff is friendly and helpful, from my experience.

Breakfast food can be kept warm instead of being allowed to go cold. They serve breakfast from 6 to 10 a.m. I don't think it's too much trouble just to keep the food warm (especially the soup) for the guests. They have those warm servers, but after a while, they turn them off.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Requesting shuttle service was easy, and they were prompt in arranging it. Just make sure to inform them ahead of time and have some way to reach their drivers or front desk in case you can't spot them right away from exiting the airport. The room I stayed in this second time was quite old. I don't think it was cleaned properly, and there was rust everywhere. But the AC was cold and worked fine. Just a heads up, the bathrooms have those weird glass walls that peek into the main bedroom. Some parts of the hotel are dated, but I think they are doing renovations. I hope they start replacing the fixtures in the bathrooms too, because they can look quite nasty. Anyway, they have a small cafe/restaurant downstairs which serves really delicious food.

Dated bathroom fixtures with weird glass walls from bathroom to bedroom, reminiscent of those fetish love motels of the bygone days. I hope they prioritize fixing that. Breakfast buffet was good but food was allowed to go cold even though they were presented in one of those warm server containers. Those things were never turned on, which was kind of pointless. I wish they would pay attention to small details like that.
