Mâncarea , servirea, personalul. Nota 10

Câteva sugestii : -Va rog sa reparatii geamul de la camera 22 nu se închidea corect -trebuie adăugat termostat pentru controlul temperaturii in toată camera. A fost un pic prea cald. - micul dejun a la carte foarte bun dar durează prea mult. Un mic bufet pentru cei care se grăbesc.

"O experiență excelentă!"

Am petrecut doar o noapte și am fost extrem de mulțumit de alegerea făcută. Am fost cazat în camera cu tematică sport, care m-a surprins plăcut prin designul original, dar mai ales prin confortul excelent oferit. Curățenia din cameră a fost impecabilă, totul fiind pregătit cu mare atenție la detalii. Dimineața am avut parte de un mic dejun foarte diversificat și sățios, perfect pentru a-mi începe ziua cu energie. De asemenea, aș dori să remarc atitudinea personalului, care a fost deosebit de amabil, primitor și mereu gata să ajute. Recomand cu căldură acest hotel oricui caută o cazare de calitate, o atmosferă relaxantă și servicii ireproșabile în Bacău!

Totul arată foarte bine. Micul dejun foarte ok. Directorul hotelului a fost foarte amabil și mi-a făcut un mic upgrade. Staff-ul e de nota 10.
