"Buen sitio por el lugar donde se ubica, pero ahorran en servicios."

La ubicación se encuentra en el casco histórico, la cama aceptable y bastante grande. el baño completo y con todo lo necesario.

No pusieron la calefacción a pesar de que fuera hacía frío,aun estando en Mayo,ya que estos días ha nevado y la habitación estaba helada. Llamamos para indicarlo y nos pusieron mil excusas, que hasta las 20h no lo ponían,( cosa que no ocurrió) y que solo saltaba cuando bajaba de 21°, vamos que pasamos frío.En la noche bajaron las temperaturas hasta estar a 8°.Estando en el Pirineo estás cosas las debían tener en cuenta.

la ubicacion y limpieza

el personal un poco seco y la comunicación entre ellas un poco escasa, ya que la calefacción no iba , la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que se lo comunicaría al fontanero y luego después por la tarde nos dicen que era automática a partir de las 20 horas, y de las cuatro habitaciones la suite no funcionó la calefacción y de las otras 3 una funcionó bien pero las otras dos muy floja.

"Wonderful surroundings"

Just a few steps from the Plaza Mayor in Ainsa. The surroundings are wonderful. You have to check in at a restaurant located in the Plaza Mayor, and from there, they take you to the hotel.
