We booked 2 rooms, a family room and a superior room. The family room were ok though we notice that the AC unit there was too old already and the mirror inside the bedroom were somehow have a lot of finger/hand marks from old guests maybe. Then the superior room that was given to us has an old AC unit too. Another issue was the AC is not really working properly. The AC was running for almost 5 hours yet the room was not having that "cold" atmosphere as the aircon was maybe too old. We then asked for an electric fan to support the AC unit yet, it's still not effective. another thing is that, the mirror inside the room has also marks on it. We were then transferred to another room. This time it was a family room. Again, the AC unit was too old to work properly and has this machine sound that is irritating and annoying that you can't sleep and relax because of its noise. The light inside the bathroom was defective, sometimes it works sometimes it does not. The water from the shower area piles up because of the drainage and the faucet from the sink is also defective. Inside the bedroom, there are stains in the wall that bothers me since CLEANLINESS is very important for guests like me stating in these kinds of accommodation. We didn't bother anymore to raise these concerns since we were advised earlier that the last room they can offer to us is the family room we were transferred to. We hope that facilities of this place could be repaired so guests will have a great stay since this place have a very nice ambiance in their pool and bar area.

Hot water rarely available and when it works it's barely hot. We booked there for the Jacuzzi but water flows poorly so it is very long to fill, and well cold jaccuzi is not jacuzzi anymore. We did get another room with hot water on our last day but no time to enjoy the jacuzzi. Disappointed.
