The receptionist is friendly and the price was affordable.

The room was not clean especially the washroom, there was a 1k php security fee and there was no free parking

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights but they didnt managed to change our towels, bed sheets, toiletries, have to request them to atleast change the towels on our last day. The aircon is not cool, the toilet floor is slippery, theres seat to dine. When we arrived there the room was messy so they change our room and the room that was given to us has no toiletries,towels.

The hotel staff kept on knocking on my door at 5 am in the morning for the last 4 days of my stay. Also, they wanted to see my bathroom for no reason. One staff member even unlocked my door and came in while I was sleeping!!! How can this be, what if I had been naked or being sexually intimate ??! And then they had the nerve to charge me 500 pesos for something about the TV which I never used!!! They got me so frustrated, they had no right to charge me that money but they won’t understand. There is also a serious insect infestation in the hotel, the manager didn’t care though when I told her.

I am a regular customer , and I've always booked this hotel. I've been through many rooms ,but room 502 seems strange the moment I enter the room . Around 230 early morning, while we were sleeping, the landline phone rang in almost 5mins ..Then i woke up and went to the reception area to check who was calling our room so early in that morning, but I saw the receptionist sleeping in the couch .So I went back to my room . That was the first time I've experienced that particular room.

The towel has a hole, so many cockroaches in the table and in the sink, the pillow is not nice

No toiletries provided. Pest control should be improved. Bed sheets and towels in poor condition.
