1. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the room assigned to me is different from the one I had booked through booking.com platform. The hotel staff advised me to contact Booking.com to rectify this issue, although I believe that resolving room assignment discrepancies falls under the hotel's responsibility. Poor customer service. 2. No double lock 3. Noisy surroundings 4. No slippers 5. Dirty hotel towel
