Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Frühstück klein aber fein. Fühlte mich sehr wohl in diesem Hotel und werde bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder in diesem wunderschönen Hotel sein.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Flot og rent hotelværelse med hyggelig balkon. Morgenmad serveres på et andet hotel men er virkelig lækker. Bemærk at når man kommer i bil må man gerne køre ind i gågaden og parkere foran hotellet for at læsse bagage af. Parkeringshus er under jorden på modsat side af floden med kort gåtur til hotellet Meget hjælpsomt personale (Dominic) tak for det

Das Personal des Hotels war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeitenden konnten gute Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in Meran und der Region bieten. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Man ist mittendrin und trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ebenfalls gut. Für einen Ausflug in die Therme stand bspw. eine Badetasche mit Badetuch und -mantel bereit. Es gab kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer sowie eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
