Hotel Chatini Mestia

იმ ფასში რაც გადავიხადეთ სამი დღის განმავლობაში ერთხელ მაინც რომ შემოეხრდა დამლაგებელს და პირსახოცი და ტუალეტის ქაღალდი გამოეცვალა კარგი იქნებოდა:)

Very central location and good breakfast variety!

We arrived at 4pm and were left waiting for about 20min to be told our rooms were not ready yet. We decided to go for a hike while they cleaned our rooms. When we came back late they didn’t do a proper check in and told us it’s cash payment inky so we had to get cash again. Furthermore the rooms were tiny and the one window in our room was broken and we couldn’t close it properly. When we told the personal they laughed at us and told us that that’s normal and nothing will happen. This is not how I want to be treated as a customer plus I expected the rooms to be in better condition according to the photos.

The hotel has a perfect location near Mestia central square and a small park, moreover, it's only 15 minutes walk from the starting points of hiking trails. Our room with two balconies was clean, well organized, and had fascinating mountain views, especially in the morning when clouds float through the mountains :) We stayed here for only 3 days but enjoyed every moment of our journey and the hospitality of the staff. By the way, the breakfast with fresh fruits is superb!

Wir haben während unseres Trips nach Svanetien zweimal hier übernachtet, insgesamt 3 Nächte. Wir haben uns dabei immer sehr wohl gefühlt und zweimal ein kostenloses Room-Upgrade bekommen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und strahlt eine große Herzlichkeit aus. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet und die Betten extrem bequem. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Eck-Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit zwei Balkonen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt sogar eine warme Hauptspeise und frische Salate sowie Obst. Das Hotel scheint auch bei Menschen aus Georgien beliebt zu sein. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen, wenn wir nochmal in Mestia sind.

Das WiFi war während unseres zweiten Aufenthalts in den oberen Räumen etwas instabil, an der Rezeption hat es jedoch funktioniert, so dass man im Notfall auf jeden Fall Internetzugang hatte.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was quite good. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was satisfactory. While there’s always room for improvement, we had a generally positive experience.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. The breakfast was very poor, with the available options—ranging from scrambled eggs to cakes—not being very tasty. The cleaning service was also subpar; we had to request it, and even then, it wasn’t done properly, leaving a large bag of rubbish in the middle of our room. During our previous stay, we chose a different hotel that was slightly more expensive, but the experience was three times better. I would rather pay a bit extra and receive better quality in every aspect. Additionally, the room looked much better in the pictures than it did in reality.

The location is perfect. Not too central but still close to everything and very peaceful. The staff is great and the breakfast has a lot of choices everyday.

The hotel needs a little restyle and care of the external areas that could be a big plus for the guests.
