I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Mestia Hotel, nestled in beautiful Svaneti, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel is simply perfect, making it easy to explore the stunning natural surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is in good condition, with clean rooms that are equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. Overall, Villa Mestia Hotel met and even exceeded our expectations in many ways. If you're looking for a serene mountain retreat with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return for another visit!

"Unfortunately a miss"

Owners were pleasant

We came in after reading very positive reviews but it was unfortunately a miss for us. We have stayed in other guesthouses in Georgia so we are familiar of the local accommodations however the price/performance of this hotel is very low: breakfast was abysmal (little choice, tasteless boiled lentils/buckwheat, cold sausages), the hotel itself lacks investment and is quite run down, doggo needs a shower and haircut. We decided cut our stay short. For the same price or 20 euros more you can have a significant step up in quality.

"Nice comfortable place run by friendly owners"

Friendly owners with a cute dog on the property. Food was delicious. Tried the dinner on one of the nights. The pancakes for breakfast were also one of the best we had on this trip. The location of the property is just ten minutes away walk from the centre of Mestia.
