The place is well located and the breakfast was very good. Also the lady making us breakfast was very sweet.

The door was opened by someone quite unwelcoming. We did not have the feeling they wanted us in the place and got put into a room without a window. After asking for a different room we got one with window. However this room had a few dirty spots.

Great location and parking on the premises

At first they only offered me payment with a colombian bank, which I don't have. They also sent me messages requesting I prepay - again through a colombian bank, which was NOT required by booking.com but they were still asking this from me. Only after saying that we then would need to switch hotels we were finally offered credit card payment and a device for the transaction was arranged for the next day. As a well meant advice: If you are offering the hotel on international websites you have to make payments available for international tourists as well. The walls are very thin and the staff disregard the guests comfort in this. After a long 9 hour drive we were woken up at 5:30 in the morning by one of the staff (cook) who was talking in a loud yelling voice to another staff who was literally standing right in front of her. This yelling "conversation" went on for an hour until we couldn't take it anymore and let them know. Only then were we able to continue resting. The "yelling" cook was kind and very accomodating in our breakfast requests and besides the extremely loud voice, she was very friendly. Location and parking on the premises are the highlights of this hotel, other than that I would chose a different place next time.
