The AC is working. The lift, staff is awful. The room is not maintained well. There were no toiletries. The staff want to charge me 30 rupees for a litre of water instead of giving me free which is usual in a hotel booking. The room was big but I repeat poorly maintained.

"Good location and clean"

The room was clean and the location of the hotel was walking distance to the restaurants etc. Authentic elevator
