The location is ok, the staff is friendly, the room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable, but it's the old elevator with manually locking door that makes this place special

I was out early before breakfast time

the flats on ground floor are being renovated and strong paint, solvent smell but not a problem for me on the 3rd floor.

"Filthy as hell"

Owner was really nice, Location is okay.

Extremly dirty. Dirty Sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet (remains from the last guest), cockroaches and ants in the room. We asked for clean blankets, because the ones we got were dirty and we got dirty ones again. So I guess they don't clean them at all. If you stay here don't open the fridge in the room, it will give you nightmares. I would say we are used to stay in not so nice places, but this one for such a high price was just really bad.

plenty of hot water, good AC, and friendly staff

the bed spread was full of huge stains and the one blanket was a fuzzy one with hair on it. ended up sleeping in my sweater and pants.
