Nice peaceful place, with good and helpful staff. The rooms are old fashion style, like 70/80' nice and original just a bit aged. Good location to walk around to the main places in colaba and sorroundings and Uber available for longer distances. We booked for 1 night but then we decide to stay 2 nights.

Ants in the bed when we checked-in, but problem solved soon by the staff who changed again the sheets and sanitized so all good during the stay, ants didn't show up again.

Washrooms are unusable. One man friday who cleans as well as get you food.

I had a nice stay here. The hotel and the facilities in general are kind of old, but good enough to spend a couple of days, it's like being in a movie from the 80s, I kind of like it. The water in the shower is weak but at least you get hot water, the bed is comfortable and everything was clean (just the blanket didn't seem so clean so I asked for a sheet instead, that one was clean), the AC in the room works properly and the staff is very friendly and helpful, also the location is very good, you can reach any place of Colaba by walk. I travel alone and I felt very safe in this hotel and in south of Bombay in general.
