especially the front office staff — both Ms. Nisha a small girl and Manager Arif were very cooperative and helpful.

The front office staff, particularly Nishant, along with the housekeeping team, were extremely unprofessional. They entered my room using a master key without knocking or taking permission, which is a serious breach of privacy and hotel ethics. Moreover, when I misplaced my room key, the manager demanded that I pay for it, which reflects poor customer service and lack of courtesy towards guests.
