location great! very central- easy walk down steps and you’re in the centre of town

only one towel No hot water bathroom smelt of wee no toilet paper Staff were a bit weird… had to pay at hotel rather than through booking.com, had to pay cash. guy asked us for additional money. next day we walked into hotel to go get on our room, woman snapped “where are you going?” I told her we were guests and she never spoke to us again

Nothing really. It's OK only for one night if you desperate to stay in the centre of Munnar.

No showers but only a bucket with water, empty rooms with no view at all.
