Everything is good nothing is there to dislike

Location and Food

Walls between the rooms were not soundproof. I could clearly listen to the tv sound from Neighbor room

The locations was good as many attractions were nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are very thorough in their daily cleaning routines. The room service was excellent. Food served by their restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

The wash basin was broken, but useable. Even though I informed housekeeping, nothing was done about it. There was a power outage which took long time to be restored (no generator?). Some carpeting in the room, and a fridge would have been very nice. The buffet breakfast spread can be improved further. I believe some items were available on demand, but this fact was not informed to me.

Property was good, location was also good

The reception lady on first day was very rude and unprofessional, also on second day while going out at 6AM we handed over key for cleaning but when we returned at 2 PM rooms were not cleaned

The property was well maintained. Spacious Suite. All facilities available in the Suite. Food was exceptional. Room Service was quick. Variety choice of food available for Room service. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist was very helpful. Mr. Rangaswamy provided excellent service and helped in arranging a Taxi service for sight seeing.

Breakfast menu could have included Continental items also. Only basic South Indian items available.
