The Jugglers Rest

Rooms are ok for 2 people and washroom fittings are new

First of all, no board on the property to say Jugglers Rest. Then the location on the booking.com is not accurate. Third is the man that handles the phone is rude. The staff at the facility were ok and helpful. 1. Queen superior room is just a pretty name. You pay more for nothing extra. 2. Beds are ok for 2 and not for 3. I booked for 3 and no space to put a mattress. So I moved out after 1 day but was charged for 3. 3. Kitchenette.. description makes you think it's with the room. It's a common facility. Probably ok 4. Description says washing machine. It's one washing machine and with no proper drainage for the water. 5. Critters crawling around the room at night. 6. A WhatsApp group that didn't do anything inspite of me putting pictures. I don't expect to go again as I found better places at a cheaper price

Rooms are good for 2 people. The man at the property was helpful. Rest of it was not customer service

1. Queen superior room is just a good name. No place really for extra mattress if you book for 3. The man on the phone is both rude and unhelpful. 2. Kitchenette gives the impression it's for each room. It's not. A common facility is available which It's not bad but the description is misleading 3. Washing machine also is common- the description is misleading 4. Balcony is a corridor and 5. Under those circumstances rooms are over priced. Hype is bigger than real. 6. I complained to them about some roaches that were crawling all over at night but they wouldn't bother to check. 7. I don't expect I'll ever go back. No board on the property and the location in the booking.com map is not correct. I informed the staff but no one cares. 8. They have a WhatsApp group which is not of any earthly use for getting help. They helped me to get an invoice for which I'm thankful.

Nice and clean Room with good staff.

There is no night lamp in the room.

The location was good and accessible.

It was smelling very bad outside the room. The room also wasn't cleaned well.
