The location is superb, several minutes away from Nagoya Station. The Mini-Stop nearby is easy to get food. The staff is agreeable.

Access to hot water to make a cup of tea would be much better.

close to the station cheap sink to wash face was right outside room

the room smelled like cigarettes no elevator to the reception floor room was smaller than expected bunk beds were not comfy building looked shady barely any sockets to charge electronics bad view outside window

The location as it was very close to the station.

Who had to go do to the basement to shower, everything was old and dusty. It also didn’t have wifi and for someone who is travelling that’s indispensable!!!
