O quarto é arejado, limpo. Banheiro também limpo. Localidade boa e é bem tranquilo.

A janela só tem apenas uma trava de segurança fraca. Sem tela ou proteção de grade.

I thought the mattress was unusually hard, but upon checking, I discovered that it had been placed upside down. When I informed the front desk, they responded by saying that they had received similar complaints in the past about mattresses being installed upside down. (If this had happened before, why hadn't they been checking for it?) I asked a staff member to come to the room and verify the issue with me, but I was told, "Later." In the end, no one came to inspect it, and I never even received a simple apology. Failing to provide a decent night's sleep is bad enough for a hotel, but the front desk's response was even worse. In addition, there was mold in the bathroom, and a noticeable musty odor. The shower drain did not work properly, causing water to accumulate rather than drain away. I will not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.
