Shampoo and conditioner had good quality Heated WC Well connected to the central station

Room was cold Bed was uncomfortable (too hard) No tea or coffee in the room Street beneath was very loud even in the middle of the night

"Would use again because of closeness to station. Would ask for extra duvet and different pillow"

Location was extremely good. 1 minute walk to subway. Room was compact but I was traveling alone so it was totally adequate

The mattress and pillow were traditional old style Japanese. Very thin and uncomfortable
