La ubicación,la habitación,el ambiente .Si vas en auto súper cómodo el parking gratuito , para luego por las noches bajar caminando a cenar ( en 5 min estás en pleno centro )Una vez realizado el check out ,se puede usar las instalaciones ,dejar la maleta y solicitar toallas para la piscina .El desayuno tiene todo lo necesario muy completo !!!

The property is nicely designed and laid out, and it's within a 10min walk of the central part of Naoussa. The staff were exceptional, they took our bags to our room when we arrived, offered us a welcome drink, helped with any questions/requests we had, etc. This is probably the main selling point as it's a bit on the pricier side and otherwise a nice but only slightly above-average experience. Our room was fairly standard with a balcony overlooking the pool, but there are other rooms with multiple bedrooms, private pools, etc. The central area with pool and bar were great for lounging and having a drink in the evening. The breakfast was pretty exceptional, and I believe is included for everyone (definitely worth it).

Any meal options (other than breakfast) were definitely sub par. I booked two rooms (there were three of us) and didn't realise that one of them included half board. We were there for six nights, and the staff were kind enough to let us convert this into 2 dinners for three of us (thank goodness it was the room with one occupant that had the half board). DO NOT BOOK IN FOR ANY MEAL OTHER THAN BREAKFAST. The restaurant has a full menu but for half board you choose from a limited menu each day (in advance). I think these menus must be catered for when the hotel is packed and they need to accommodate lots of diners (though we were one of two tables having dinner both nights we went) so the food is a lot of frozen stuff that can be mass produced - spring rolls, mozzarella sticks, french fries, pasta, etc. We almost didn't go to the second meal because of how bad the first one was, but figured it was a lot of money to be throwing away. The second meal was just as bad.

Everything was fabulous. Lovely pool. Gorgeous bedroom and en-suite. Great selection for breakfast and lunch. Cute little pool side bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location also great 5-10 minutes walk to centre.

Umezeala exagerata in camera cu jacuzzi. Efectiv toate hainele, hartia igienica, prosoapele si lenjeria erau ude de la umezeala. Imposibil sa dormi… la curatenie fetele stergeau cu picioarele cu prosoapele pe jos, prosoapele ce ulterior le pun pentru clienti…baia exagerat de mica …

Very good location for walking to old town centre and driving to other parts of the island. Clean spacious rooms, decent breakfast, parking on site.

Our room no.23, though spacious and clean, was located on the ground floor just opposite reception and behind the common seating area and adjacent to the breakfast room. But both of our room’s windows opened into this outdoor seating area so we could never open them as people could see into the room. Also the morning cleaning of this area was noisy plus every guest returning at night to their rooms would stop to talk in this common area. Moreover,we could hear other guests when they were using their wc’s and afterwards the plumbing would also make a noise in our bathroom. Our friends though, that stayed on an upper room, in a different building had none of these experiences

Estuvimos en habitación cuádruple y no hicieron bien todas las camas, solo la principal, cosa que no me parece apropiado en un hotel de esta categoría

Cute hotel within walking distance To the town centre.

Room was small. Not much space. Noisy between rooms - could hear room next to us.

Location, pool and breakfast were great!

Our room (room 12) was described as ‘sub basement’ which we hadn’t realised and it wasn’t what we expected.
