the staff were exceptional, awesome service. The room was neat and tidy and the view exceptional even with bad weather. The lift was my best friend especially with all our luggage

only recommendation I could add, the rooms need a vanity for the ladies to apply makeup and do their hair, other than that everything was top notch

Everything

We stayed in the Hadeda room and we loved it however in the morning we could smell the kitchen food and that disturbed our sleep

Excellent breakfast. The hotel is a little difficult to find but beautifully located

The restaurant was closed for dinner but the staff kindly made us a sandwich

Excellent breakfast and nice walk around the lake outfront. Kidi was an incredible host to us and we felt cared for the whole time! Excellent service and beautiful place
