"Overall it was good"

Overall it was good. There was an early check-in guaranteed by Booking, which the front desk staff didn’t know how to handle, causing some discomfort at check-in, but everything was resolved afterwards. The room didn’t have any windows for ventilation.

Only the location was good. The property is situated in the centre of the Bhopal City.

The size of the rooms were not appreciable. The cleanliness and hygiene maintained by the staff was not good at all and the staff members were mostly non-cooperative. The images showed at the site does not match with the rooms provided by the property.
