Blue Lagoon Cat Ba

the breakfast was delicious and the coffee so good! the people were so nice and all the cats and the doggy so fluffy and cute! scooter rental worked perfectly and everything was super easy going!

Loved the cozy A-frame cabin vibe, the stunning blue lagoon/mountain view (even more beautiful in person), the incredibly warm/friendly staff, the cutest dog/cats, the butterflies flying all over the homestay. Perfect vibes and the perfect stay

It’s literally the best place to be in Cat Ba if you like no crowds, pretty gardens and a quiet night. The dog and cats make it even more cute. You can also chose all kinds of coffee brewing methods available (including chemex and aeropress). Very much recomended!

Everything was great. You need a scooter/taxi to get to town, but it’s worth the effort for the peace.

Super friendly staff and family pets! We stayed in the lake view cabin which was incredible. It was so peaceful, cosy, and quiet. At night its so tranquil. Breakfast was lovely in the morning, with limited options, but delicious. Location - its tucked up a long side street which makes it a little hard to access but that's why its so quiet and peaceful. 5 min taxi to cat ba town or harbour. More authentic than the hotels on the main street.

Peaceful vibe next to quiet beautiful lagoon. A little oasis. Loved the open dining area. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They offered us a special vietnamese breakfast, not on the menu, which was delicious. Ask and you might get one too. Best ginger tea we had. Great value as well.

We could not have asked for a better stay on Cat Ba Island. The Blue Lagoon was secluded enough away from all the noise of the village but close enough to ride into town easily or get picked up for the bus. Linh and the ladies took excellent care of us and were quick to assist with recommendations, scooter rentals (directly from the accomadation), and delicious coffee! Stoner, the golden retriever will keep you company as you are relaxing under the canopy of plants and butterflies and the cats are the cutest ever! Keep an eye out for the gray and white rascal Creme, he will steal your heart 😊. Book the cabin overlooking the lake if available since it sits to one side of the other accommodations and is more secluded with a gorgeous view of the lake.
