"The price was okay but if it were cleaner it would be awesome."

Nice people at the desk, 24/24 check-in, good air conditioning.

It was not so clean, we to throw away the sofa, it is old and dirty, towels were not good.

"No hot water at the shower, and terrible water pressure. Staff didn't care at all."

Positioning of the hotel was good.

The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely pour, and there was no hot water to speak of. When I brought this to the staff's attention their response was "we have a log of guests, please try later". No apologies, no solution suggested.
