"the overall impression good before they started chase 5 Euro what they forgot to charge"

Clean hotel with proper waitresses in the restaurant, with not too many options but good quality breakfast

the staff in reception do not speak English well. I told them clearly the consumption of drink from the minibar, but they missed to charge (5 EUR ). what I did not noticed as I was in rush. Than they called me three times, wrote to me an SMS , contacted me on Viber and thru booking.com messaging in an hour when I had other program and requested to send all details of my credit card immediately or go back to the hotel. I refused this but confirmed also in written form after I checked that I confirm this 5 Euro and I am going to send at my earliest convenience as soon as I arrive home. Than they called me same day again (Sunday) at 21:00 to chase this 5 Euro. Really crazy.
