Hotel Nova Pride

I AM REGULAR TRAVELLER TO RAJKOT AND NOVA PRIDA,BUT THIS TIME THE SERVICE WAS NOT PROPER,NO HOT WATER FACILITY WAS AVAILABLE,BOOKED ROOMS WERE NOT PROPERLY Allotted AM DISAPOINTED THIS TIME NEXT TIME I HAVE TO LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS. I THING THEIR MANAGEMENT IS CHANGED.PLEASE SEE TO IT.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was just about fair. A/C ad TV were working.

The breakfast was included. That was a disaster. There was a fair-sized dining room. But no staff in sight. I heard some sounds in the adjacent kitchen. Then some warm food was brought out. I had to wait for additional purees or parathas. The staff just woke up from sleep. Their faces were not washed, and their eyes were half closed. Breakfast was 15-20min late on both days. The serving area was tiny. Some corn flakes were left in a small bowel. Hot water and milk were brought in later in two flasks. Bread and butter were left open to be feasted upon by cockroaches. I actually covered the bread and butter with a serviette. There were tiny disposable foil plates to serve the food. I had to use more than one. The dining area floor and the seating area, sofas were full of dust. The table had not been wiped for days. There were old crumbs all over. Cockroaches found a great place to thrive. Adjacent to the dining area, was a wash basin, left unattended, and a public toilet seat in a separate room. The staff were using the facilities for themselves. But I cannot describe the condition. Nothing was ever cleaned. I had to use the serviette to wipe my hands. A very sad state.

Staff were helpful. Hotel felt safe.

Rooms was missing a few amenities listed and it wasn't very clean - particularly the linens.
